Caltrans State Route 1 – Bike Lane Project
Orange fencing has been installed around the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve by Caltrans while the stretch of Pacific Coast Highway that runs along the reserve is undergoing construction to facilitate the development of a bike lane.
